Que. Is this a fake website?
Ans. If you think we are a scam, simply don’t do business with us. We put a lot of effort in creating designs and content for the people who want to genuinely express their interest/passion through our merchandise.
Que. What is my expected delivery time?
Ans. Once you place your order, there will be a 2-4 business day processing period followed by a 4-6 business day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to receive your items. Exception: All over printed (AOP) products are delivered in 12-14 business days. Don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
Our Delivery partners are Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Fedex, DTDC, DOTZOT, USPS, UPS, India-Post to name a few.
Que. How do I place a return or exchange?
Ans. It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 7 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Que. Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?
Ans. Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer service before placing your order.
Que. Can you notify me when an out of stock product is back in stock?
Ans. We love our premium products and know how frustrating it is when a product is out of stock. Please write us an email for the product you want. You will receive an automated notification via email once the item is back in stock.
Que. Do you ship to my country?
Ans. Yes we ship worldwide. Shipping Charges for international orders will be there.
Que. What payment methods do you take?
Ans. We accept various modes of payment which include Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, EMI and Cash, Card/Wallet and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Que. Is it safe if I make the payment online?
Ans. All Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

Que. How do I track my order?
Ans. Once our team have shipped out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number! Copy and paste your tracking number into the given tracking page to see the current status of your order! Please note: it may take 24 hours for tracking scans to appear once your order has been shipped.
Que. What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?
Ans. We’re sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team so that we can make things better.
Please also include the following details in your mail:
– Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
– Name of Item
– Order Number
Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you’re writing in about! Uletus may arrange to collect the product.

How do I care for my ULETUS items?
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting
- Don’ts: Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
